DELIVERY INFORMATION

All orders placed before 1pm will be shipped the next working day. Please note working days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

Please note we only ship to the UK and unfortunately do not offer international shipping.

​

Please be aware we do not have weekend collections, so any orders placed on a Friday, will be shipped on Monday.

  • UK Standard Delivery: 3-6 working days - £3.99

  • Express Delivery: 2-3 working days - £5.99

  • Collection: Please collect within the shop opening hours from 140 Dewsbury Road, Ossett, Wakefield, WF5 9PE - FREE

We use Royal Mail as our courier service for all parcels. All orders are signed for or tracked so please be aware of this. Our working days with Royal Mail are Mon-Fri.

If you have not received your delivery within 6-8 working days, please contact us.

We cannot be held liable to you or be deemed to be in breach of the contract by reason of any delay in performing, or any failure to perform, any of its obligations in relation to the goods ordered by you if the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our own reasonable control.

How It Works

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returned items must be received by us within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition, make-up free and are unworn with tags attached.

If you are not at the shipping address to receive your parcel at the time of delivery, our 14 day return policy will start from the date regardless of how long it is left in the delivery / collection office. All click and collect orders must be collected and returned within 14 days of the order date.

 

Please make sure you follow washing / care instructions on label, we will not be held responsible if they are not followed. We will not be able to issue a refund for faulty goods if they are not followed. Pierced jewellery cannot be returned for health and hygiene purposes.

 

Please fill-in and include the returns slip along with your returns. We recommend returning your items via tracked delivery, as we are not responsible for any returns that do not reach us. Please note we do not cover the cost of returns or reimburse shipping fees. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an exchange online, however, online purchases can be returned and exchanged free of charge in-store.

We aim to process your refund within 7 days of receiving goods.
