Things You Need to Know

At Style By Eleven, we’re dedicated to giving our customers a fair, rewarding and enjoyable shopping experience. Take a look at our policies detailed below to learn more, and reach out today with any questions.

Please read, understand and accept our Terms and Conditions before you make a purchase. Once a purchase is made and the order has been confirmed you will automatically enrol into a binding contract with us. Once your order has been confirmed, we will not be able to make any changes.

 

Orders

By placing an order through our site, you warrant that:

  • You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts; and;

  • You are at least 16 years old;

After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us. Please be aware that orders are subject to availability. We will confirm such acceptance by sending you a dispatch confirmation email. We try our best to keep our stock levels up to date, but we will not be held responsible if an item ordered is no longer in stock. We will let you know via email that your order has been rejected.

If you make a mistake on your order, please contact us as soon as possible, if your order has not been processed we may be able to amend this for you. Unfortunately, if you order has been processed and already been dispatched please return the products in accordance with our returns policy.

We are entitled to refuse any order made by you for any reason.

 

When placing an order, you undertake that all details provided are true, that you have authorisation to use the payment method used to make the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost.

You must provide us with accurate delivery addresss details, including the name of the recipient, postcode and number. We cannot be held liable for your order being delivered to the wrong address due to you providing us with inaccurate information.

Product

We carefully ensure that all descriptions and product details are correct at the time of posting to our website. However, we cannot be held responsible for any colour variation caused by the software or computer used by you.

All sizes on our products are a guide, if you require exact measurements please contact us and we will be more than happy to help. 

​

Payment and Price

The price of the products will be shown on the website and will include UK VAT but exclude the charge of delivery. Delivery charges will be shown on checkout.

Full payment must be cleared by payment methods specified on our website before orders can be dispatched. 

​

Prices of products can fluctuate without any notice but will not affect orders that are already processed.

​

If there is a price discretion between the website and your order we will contact you and inform. We have the right to cancel and reject orders at any time. 

​

We accept payments from all major credit/debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, Diners, CUP, JCB, AMEX, Maestro.

All prices are subject to changes and fluctuation. 

​

Only one promotion code can be used per order. ​Promotional codes cannot be used on sale items or in conjunction with any other promotion.

Fraud 

We do not take any responsibility if your credit / debit card is used fraudulently to purchase from our website.

Stylebyeleven.co.uk use different models and tools to detect and prevent fraudulent transactions. Any transaction that is deemed to be fraudulent will be declined and the order will not process. 

​

Returns

Returned items must be received within 14-days of delivery. Please ensure items are returned in their original condition, make-up free and are unworn with tags attached. Please fill-in and include the returns slip along with your returns. We recommend returning your items via recorded delivery, as we are not responsible for any returns that do not reach us. Please note we do not cover the cost of returns. However, online purchases can be returned and exchanged free of charge in-store. We aim to process your refund within 14-days of receiving goods. If you are not at the shipping address to receive your parcel at the time of delivery, our 14 day return policy will start from the date regardless of how long it is left in the delivery / collection office. Please make sure you follow washing / care instructions on label, we will not be held responsible if they are not followed. We will not be able to issue a refund if they are not followed.

Faulty / Damaged

If items turn out to be faulty, customers have up to 30 days after receiving the order to obtain a full refund. We will not be help liable for any faults caused by negligence by customers for example, but not limited to, pulls, general wear and tear, loss of buttons and any fault caused by not following care instructions. Only manufacturing faults will be considered.

For any faulty items, we require photographic evidence immediately on delivery clearly showing the fault. Please send these photos via our email stylebyeleven@gmail.com. We will be in touch within two working days. The returned item will be inspected and if the item is deemed faulty, we are happy to cover the cost of the postage for the return up to the cost of £3.10.

Please contact us via our contact us page to make us aware of the problem before returning the item. We aim to contact you and resolve the matter promptly.

​

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. 

​

We have the right to amend these terms at any point without notice.
